To access your files, and easily upload and download worlds, you can use a protocol called SFTP. SFTP securely and quickly lets you access your files directly from our servers. You should use an FTP client, such as FileZilla or WinSCP, to access your files via SFTP.
You can download FilaZilla from their website (https://filezilla-project.org). After downloading the installer, quickly breeze through the installation.
Once inside FileZilla, you will see on the top the fields you need to fill out to connect to the server, as shown below.
Go to your server panel and click manage on your server.
